For those of you who are using our server to only send out email you may need to contact us in order to establish an account for sending email. Please 927-7837 for this.
Enabling user/password sending mail with Outlook Express

For Outlook Express

Click on "Tools" then "Accounts"

Click on the "Mail" tab

Click on the email account

Click on "Properties"

Then click on the "Servers" tab

Under "Out going mail Server"

Place a check nect to the Option "My Server requires authentication"

The click on "Settings..." Button

Make sure "Use samer settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.

Apply you changes and then send your email.

Enabling user/password sending mail with Outlook

With Outlook Open Click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts"

Select "View or change existing email accounts" and click "Next"

Click on the email account that you want to change then click on "Change"

In the lower right corner, click on the "More Settings" Button

Place a check next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"

Ensure that "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected

Click "OK"

Click "Next"

Click "Finish"
