Two things stand out as I think about your service.
You have some kind of service monitoring system that actually works. When we
were experiencing low download rates this past summer the problem existed for
several weeks until someone at your office called to see if the problem had
been solved. Upon getting the details, Jim came out, evaluated the situation
and solved the problems.
Your policy of allowing us to put your service on "vacation status" when we are
out of the country for extended periods is very nice.
