Your service has been outstanding and reliable.  Only 2 outages I can
remember and both were of short duration.  I live in the country and prior
to your service I needed to rely on Hughes Net Satellite service.  Ptera is
light years ahead of their service - keep up the great work.

We love you and the service you provide.  Prior to Ptera, we had Comcast,
where the service was less than reliable, slow when we didn't want it to be
and difficult to reach technical people when we had problems.  With Ptera,
we rarely have service problems and our speed is always wonderful.  When
there are problems, I can reach a live person in a matter of minutes.  If
it is a Ptera glitch, they keep me updated on resolving the issue.  When
it is our glitch (and usually it is) they walk me through my issues and
solve the problems.  Tony is wonderful, your whole staff is wonderful.

We are very satisfied with your service, we have noted no down time in,
what? 3 years. Good speed and a fair price. Internet comes right up on any
computer with no fuss unlike Comcast which is so damn finiky I don't know
why anyone would want to bother.
You have one customer trying to switch to save a buck but so far after two
weeks still can't get his computers to talk and nor can I.
Ptera works for him fine, now with VOIP add maybe we can salvage him as a
client.
Great service, keep it coming! Change nothing, if it ain't broke, DON"T Fix
it!!!!!

I love the wireless service you guys provide. I had dial up before that and
thought I might die of old age before I could accomplish anything on line
in my  lifetime. Now I log on and it is wonderfully fast! I am so glad I
found out  from Dana, at the Outpost Newspaper in Suncrest about you.

service.  I have been with you for several years now and during that time I
have been VERY pleased with the service and the staff. My wife teaches on
line classes at SFCC and depends on the service to be reliable. Your staff
have come and made repairs and adjustments, they are always prompt and
polite, a pleasure to deal with!!!!!!! You can put me on your very pleased
customer list!!

Two things stand out as I think about your service.

You have some kind of service monitoring system that actually works. When we
were experiencing low download rates this past summer the problem existed for
several weeks until someone at your office called to see if the problem had
been solved. Upon getting the details, Jim came out, evaluated the situation
and solved the problems.

Your policy of allowing us to put your service on "vacation status" when we are
out of the country for extended periods is very nice.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service and reliability that I am
and have received from your company for many years. I started with your
company when you bought out Icehouse and hopefully will be here a long time
